We take your privacy seriously. Your dreams are yours alone.
Mythos is developed and operated by Flourix Lab ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at support@flourixlab.com or through the contact page on this site.
This policy applies to the Mythos iOS app and to this website (mythos.flourixlab.com), including the waitlist and the contact form. It explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We collect only what the service needs to work.
We use your data to deliver dream interpretations, sync your journal, respond to support requests, notify waitlist members when the app launches, and improve the product through analytics. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process your account and journal data to perform our contract with you. We process usage analytics on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the product, and you can object at any time by switching analytics off in the app. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Dream interpretations and pattern analyses are generated by Anthropic Claude models. Your dream text is sent to Anthropic solely to produce your reading. Under our API agreement it is not used to train their models. Dream text is never included in our analytics, and we do not review your dreams ourselves.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing. We use a small number of service providers to run Mythos:
Some of our providers process data in the United States and other countries. Where your data is transferred out of the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses put in place by those providers.
We keep your account and journal data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your data is removed within 30 days. Waitlist emails are kept until launch communications are finished or you ask to be removed. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your enquiry.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us, and most of them directly in the app: edit your name in the profile, export your journal as a PDF, or delete your account entirely. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Product analytics are on by default. You can switch them off at any time in the app under Profile, then Privacy. Disabling analytics does not affect any feature.
Mythos is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. Where local law sets a higher age for consent to data processing, that higher age applies.
Your journal is stored in a database protected by row-level security, so only your authenticated account can read your entries. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain on your device, not in app files.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
