By using Mythos you agree to these terms.
Mythos is a dream journaling and interpretation app operated by Flourix Lab ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Mythos you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Mythos, or older where your local law requires it. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Mythos lets you record dreams and receive AI-generated interpretations based on three historical frameworks: Artemidorus, Ibn Sirin, and Freud. Interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence. They reflect historical traditions of dream reading, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and are offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not statements of fact, predictions, or professional advice.
Nothing in Mythos is medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and Mythos is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your mental health or are in crisis, please contact a healthcare professional or your local emergency services.
Mythos is free to use. There is no subscription, no trial, no in-app purchase, and no payment of any kind is taken from you through the app.
Use is subject to allowances: a weekly allowance of AI readings, bonus readings when you create your account, and a monthly allowance of pattern analyses. A three-way framework comparison draws three readings from your weekly allowance, and the app tells you so before it runs. Dream journalling itself is not metered. Allowances reset automatically and unused readings do not carry over. These limits exist to cap the cost of generating AI readings, and we may adjust them. We will give notice of material reductions.
If we ever introduce paid features, we will publish updated terms and give notice before they take effect. We will not retroactively place content you have already created behind a payment.
Your dreams and journal entries belong to you. By using Mythos you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service, for example sending your dream text to our AI provider to generate your reading. We claim no other rights over your content, and the licence ends when you delete it or your account.

The app, its design, branding, and codebase are owned by Flourix Lab and protected by intellectual property law. The historical framework names and source texts referenced in Mythos are in the public domain. Our presentation and analysis of them is our own work.
You can stop using Mythos and delete your account at any time from the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and where practical we will warn you first. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and the opportunity to export your journal.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that interpretations will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flourix Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including in respect of mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Mythos after that date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Flourix Lab is established, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
